When I started CrossFit, I had never been to a gym, never mind lifting weights, and I remember how scared I felt walking into the gym that first time. After that first workout was over, the sense of accomplishment was overwhelming ~ my Coach pushed me to dig deep to find inner strength I never knew existed and now I had done what seemed impossible just hours before.
I decided to become CrossFit Level 1 Trainer because I wanted to be a part of helping others learn to push past the limits that they may feel constrained by to discover the strength that they have within. As a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, I have been able to witness the immense changes that my clients have been able to attain, both physically as well as mentally, and am so grateful to have been able to be a part of that transformation.
Through my fitness journey, I have discovered strength, both physical and mental, that I never thought possible. I am driven to help others realize their potential by learning to set small goals in an effort to reach personal milestones they thought were unattainable and through this process learn that if dedicated, anything in life can be possible.
